Abstract
Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) commonly occurs in children.1-4 Unfortunately, the optimal duration of antimicrobial therapy for pediatric CAP is unclear; both the Infectious Disease Society of America5 and the Canadian Pediatric Society6 note that current treatment duration recommendations are based on sparse evidence.Keywords
