Abstract
(La1-x Sr x )2CuO4-δ single crystals (about 2.5×2.5×0.2 mm3 in the maximum size) were grown from high temperature solution, which was prepared by dissolving (La0.9Sr0.1)2CuO4-δ compound (50 wt.%) in CuO (50 wt.%) at about 1160°C.Keywords
