Abstract
The behavior of moose in some areas of Yellowstone Park indicate that they do become accustomed to tourist intrusion. The general pattern of daily behavior is made up of alternate feeding and resting. There are three feeding periods, during each 24 hours, one major feeding period from 5 to 9 A.M. and one from 7 to 10 P.M., and a minor feeding period from 1 to 3 P.M.
