Abstract
We present a case of neonatal seizures and encephalopathy with peripheral neuropathy. Long bone radiographs demonstrated sclerotic changes. Elevated serum lead concentrations were later found in both the child and mother, resulting in the diagnosis of neonatal encephalopathy secondary to prenatal lead exposure. Keywords
