Abstract
We describe a case of bupropion-associated QRS prolongation that was unresponsive to intravenous bolus therapy of sodium bicarbonate. Bupropion may cause seizures and conduction delays similar to tricyclic antidepressants in the overdose setting by an unknown mechanism.Keywords
