Abstract
Local anesthesia [providone-iodine] is effective for implantation of the semi-rigid rod and inflatable penile prostheses. Pudenal block and intracorporeal and local infiltration provide excellent opportunities to perform this operation, with rare need for general anesthesia supplementation. The technique is described in 141 [human] cases. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
