Abstract
In the hypo-thyroid state formation of both cholic acid and chenodesoxycholic acid is diminished. In the hyperthyroid state excretion of bile acids is not decreased but the composition is changed in that taurocholic acid is markedly decreased but taurochenodesoxycholic acid increased. Keywords
