Abstract
After subcut. injn. of 1- and 2-naphthol in rats, these compounds were excreted in the urine. 1-Naphthylsulfuric acid (as its p-bromoaniline salt) and 1-naphthylglucuronide (as its p-toluidine salt) were isolated from the urine of rats dosed with 1-naphthol. 2-Naphthylsulfuric acid and 2-naphthylglucuronide were isolated in the form of their p-toluidine salts from the urine of rats dosed with 2-naphthol.Keywords
