Abstract
Key Points RAS/MEK/ERK signaling is memory stage-dependent in human T cells, conferring susceptibility to alloreactive T-cell selective inhibition. MEK inhibitors selectively inhibit alloreactive but not herpesvirus-specific human T cells and inhibit murine GVHD.Keywords
