The Mobility of Electrons in Diamond

Abstract
The mobility of electrons in diamond has been measured by means of the Hall effect. In agreement with the theory of Seitz, the mobility is inversely proportional to the three-halves power of the absolute temperature. The measured room temperature value of the mobility is 900 cm2/volt-sec as compared with the theoretical estimate of 156 cm2/volt-sec.
