Abstract
Basing on the mutual coupling theory of antenna arrays, this paper investigated the mutual coupling effect on the impedance performance of Vivaldi element in infinite arrays. The analysis and simulation for Vivaldi element in infinite arrays based on the Floquet mode of infinite periods boundary condition, consequently the impedance performances of the Vivaldi element and the radiation characteristics of infinite Vivaldi arrays were obtained finally on the basic of the former designed Vivaldi elemet, the UWB dual-polarized infinite Vivaldi arrays with X or L configuration were simulated and compared. Keywords
