LOCAL EFFECT OF HYDROCORTISONE II. INHIBITORY EFFECT OF HYDROCORTISONE ACETATE WITH ITS GRADED DOSES ON OLD TUBERCULIN SKIN REACTION

Abstract
Three healthy male subjects were examined by old tuberculin skin test combined with graded doses of hydrocortisone acetate. By statistical analyses, the results have shown an evidence that hydrocortisone acetate in 01 mg/ml inhibits the tuberculin skin reaction. It was suggested that the tuberculin skin reaction will occasionally be modified without any administration of glucocorticoids.
