Abstract
Fusarium oxysporum, F. moniliforme, and F. solani were compared serologically. Antigen–antibody precipitations formed by double-diffusion in agar showed cross-reactions among the three species in addition to lines of precipitation specific to each species. The feasibility of the use of serology as a tool in the study of fungus taxonomy is indicated.
