Über die Lokalisation der Hefenucleinsäure in pflanzlichen Zellen.

Abstract

An apparatus is descr. for separation of nucleus and cytoplasm by their differences in specific gravity. The method of Levene and La Forge for separation of triticonucleic acid was used in the prepn. of yeast nucleic from purified cytoplasm (endosperm) of cereal grains such as rye. Identification was made by elementary analysis and yield of guanylic acid.
