Absorption Intensity and Fluorescence Lifetimes of Molecules

Abstract
The fluorescence lifetimes of a series of molecules have been measured using a nanosecond flash. The purpose of the measurement was to permit a comparison between the natural lifetime calculated from the theory of Strickler and Berg and that calculated from the quantum efficiency and the observed lifetime.Keywords
