Possible Coexisting Superconducting and Magnetic States

Abstract
The free energy is calculated for the various phases possible in a superconductor containing a periodic array of magnetic ions with ferromagnetic interactions. Suggestions are made for experimental observation of coexisting superconductivity and long-range magnetic order.Keywords
