In 1915, Sir Graham Little1 presented before the Dermatological Section of the Royal Society of Medicine of London, a patient with a symptom-complex which had hitherto never been observed or recorded, so far as can be ascertained. He named this symptom-complex folliculitis decalvans et atrophicans. Since that time seven other cases have been recorded. The following is the report of a case presenting this same symptom-complex. REPORT OF CASE History.— Mrs. T. K., aged 50, a Russian Jewess, a housewife, presented herself at the Vanderbilt Clinic on July 12, 1927, complaining of an eruption beneath and between the breasts and over the lower part of the back.
