Abstract
A newly developed 14 GHz band GaAs monolithic analogue frequency divider is presented. This consists of a balanced mixer, a bandpass filter and a two-stage amplifier, integrated within the three pieces of GaAs substrate. The operating bandwidth of 800 MHz is obtained with less than 14 dBm input power level and 60 mW DC power dissipation.Keywords
