Abstract
A method is described for the chromatoautoradiographic visualization of sulphate acceptors occurring in untreated or hydrolyzed human urine by sulphurylation of these compounds in vitro in the presence of sulphate-activating and sulphate-transferring enzymes and s35-iabelled sulphate. The "urinary ester sulphate patterns" of healthy males and females and of pregnant females obtained by this procedure are described and discussed. Keywords
