Abstract
Upper abdominal symptoms are frequent in the healthy population. The clinical significance of upper abdominal symptoms appears to be slight when evaluated singly but more satisfactory when taken together. There is an urgent need for an improved data base of information with regard to the relationship between upper abdominal symptoms and disease. Keywords
