Abstract
Equimolar mixtures of cyclam amphiphiles and malonate amphiphiles produced uniformly paired bilayers. Absorption spectra and X-ray diffraction measurements showed that molecular alignments were determined by combinations of the alkyl chain length of paired bilayer components as in the respective single-component bilayers.Keywords
