High-Tc Superconductivity of La-Ba-Cu Oxides. III –Electrical Resistivity Measurement

Abstract

Electrical resistivity of the high-T_c superconductor (La_1-x Ba _x )₂CuO₄ is measured as a function of temperature. The resistivity becomes substantially zero below 25 K and the onset of the superconducting transition is observed at 35 K for one of the samples. In the higher temperature region a T-linear term dominates in the normal-state resistivity.
