Abstract
The method for continuous cultivation of Plasmodium falciparum was successfully applied to several strains from different geographical areas. It was used for tests of antimalarial drugs, studies of parasite-host cell interactions with special reference to sickle Hb, and for the production of amounts of parasite material sufficient for experimental immunization of Aotus trivirgatus. This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
