Abstract
A divide-by-two frequency divider has been developed and fabricated using SiGe bipolar production technology. The frequency divider has a wide frequency range, low power consumption and high input sensitivity. A record frequency of 63 GHz for Si-based ICs was measured on chips mounted on a simple low-cost measuring socket. Keywords
