Abstract
The nuclear properties of the low-lying levels of have been calculated with a core-to-particle interaction of the form , where and are, respectively, the angular-momentum operator and the mass quadrupole operator of the core, while and play a similar role for the particle. Energy levels, single-particle admixtures, and electromagnetic properties of the ground state and excited levels of have been fitted quite well with relatively few adjustable parameters. The magnetic dipole properties of are not in as good agreement with the experimental results as the electric quadrupole properties.
