Absorption of X-Rays by Tissues of the Head and Neck

Abstract

The absorption of X-rays generated at 200 kV with filtration of 0.25 mm Cu and 1.0 mm A1 (HVL 0.8 mm Cu) by the organs of the head and neck of dogs has been measured. The pertinent findings are presented in the form of charts and diagrams.
