Massive Digoxin Overdose: Observations on Hyperkalaemia and Plasma Digoxin Levels

Abstract
Two cases of massive digoxin overdose are described in which extremely high plasma digoxin levels were found. In both cases there was a marked hyperkalaemia and in both extreme bradycardia was successfully treated with intravenous atropine. Preliminary details of a third case are briefly reported.Keywords
