Effects of Epinephrine and Nor-Epinephrine on Blood Flow Through Normal and Denervated Limbs of Dogs

Abstract
Infusion of epinephrine and nor-epinephrine in dosages which did not alter blood pressure resulted in an increased volume, of blood flow through both normal and denervated limbs. Smaller dosages were required for increasing blood flow in denervated limbs than in normally innervated limbs. Injns. of both drugs were followed by transient increases in flow. The pressor effects of nor-epinephrine were greater than those of epinephrine.
