Abstract
C. cuniculus was identified by light microscopy and EM in 2 apparently healthy rabbits. Organisms were firmly attached at the brush borders of intestinal epithelial cells. Cellular alterations were minimal, consisting of elongation and shortening of microvilli adjacent to the attachment sites of organisms. Various developmental stages of C. cuniculus were identified by EM.
