Abstract
We describe a patient with cystic fibrosis and hepatic involvement who, although on pancreatic extract, developed vitamin A deficiency, night blindness, and a characteristic fundus picture. All of these abnormalities were reversed by oral vitamin A supplementation. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
