Abstract
Five- and six-membered cyclic phosphorous acid esters were synthesized by transesterification of phosphites with 1,2- and 1,3-glycols: Diethyl hydrogen phosphite was transesterified to give cyclic hydrogen phosphites. Partial transesterification of tris-2-chloroethyl phosphite resulted in cyclic 2-chloroethyl phosphites. Keywords
