Investigations of the marine algae of Nova Scotia. V. Additional species new or rare to Nova Scotia

Abstract
Forty-three species of marine algae new or rare to Nova Scotia are reported. Thirteen species of these are Rhodophyceae, 21 species Phaeophyceae, and 9 species Chlorophyceae. Two species, Halosacciocolax kjellmanii Lund and Acrochaete parasitica Oltmanns have been recorded before only from Greenland.
