Nonequilibrium dynamics of quasiparticles in superconductors

Abstract
Small changes δ in the 10-GHz surface resistance of thin superconducting films of Sn and In, caused by an induced static current have been measured. δ was quadratic in and both increases (δ>0) and decreases (δ are discussed.
