Abstract
A technique of aortic graft replacement in thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm repair is described. The author's experience with the surgical adjuncts of cerebrospinal fluid drainage and distal aortic perfusion, and the evolution and rationale of thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm classification are discussed. Interpretation of the large amount of data that the author has accumulated would have been impossible without such a system. Keywords
