Abstract
A windowless tube spectrometer is described for the x‐ray ``fluorescent'' analysis of the light elements down through fluorine. The high efficiency of x‐ray excitation makes possible the analysis of elements as light as sodium when present in less than 1% and of fluorine in larger amounts. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
