Abstract
A method is described which allows the simultaneous separation of all polymorphic protein fractions in cow's milk in one single run. The separation could be achieved by isoelectric focusing in ultrathin-layer polyacrylamide gels. The method is especially suitable for screening purposes because it combines low costs, high resolution and short separation time. Keywords
