Die subkutane Ruptur der Sehne des Musculus tibialis anterior und ihre Differentialdiagnose

Abstract

Die Seltenheit einer subkutanen Ruptur der Sehne des M. tibialis anterior wird anhand der Literatur dargestellt. Den wenigen bisher beschriebenen Fällen wird ein eigener Fall hinzugefügt. Ätiologisch scheint eine Sehnenvorschädigung zusammen mit einem Bagatelltrauma die Ruptur zu verursachen. Das ebenfalls wenig bekannte Tibialis-anterior-Syndrom wird im Vergleich gegenübergestellt. Die alsbaldige Naht der gerissenen Sehne erscheint uns als Therapie der Wahl. Closed rupture of the anterior tibial tendon is uncommon, with 23 cases previously being reported. In this report we add another to the few which have been published. Our patient had been treated with local injections of cortison before rupture. A connection between closes rupture of the anterior tibial tendon and the cortison-injections will be discussed. The little known tibialis-anterior-syndrom is described and compared. Early suture of the ruptured tendon is the treatment of choice.
