Preparation of Radioautographs of Tissues without Loss of Water-Soluble P 32

Abstract

A study is reported of techniques used in the prepn. of radioautographs with animal tissues which contain radioactive elements in water-soluble form. Specifically attention was directed toward the distribution of P32 in tissues. Methods are described for the prepn. of the tissue section and for its mounting on the photographic emulsion with no appreciable loss or shift in the distribution of the radioactive element.
