DRUG-INDUCED LACTATION IN UREMIA

Abstract
Nonpuerperal lactation occurred in 3 patients with uremia, while they were receiving small amounts of reserpine or phenothiazine derivatives. It is suggested that uremia may facilitate the development of galactorrhea in response to these substances.
