Gamma Rays from Lithium Bombardment ofBe9,B10,B11, andC12

Abstract
Relative intensities of gamma rays produced in the bombardment of Be9, B10, B11, and C12 targets by Li6 and Li7 beams have been obtained with a three-crystal pair spectrometer and with a single NaI(Tl) crystal. Gamma rays have been observed from excited states in the residual nuclei Li7, Be10, B10, B11, B12, C12, C13, C14, N14, N15, O15, O16, and O17. Some of these gamma rays have not been observed previously. Relative populations deduced from the data are discussed.
