Abstract
A partial-wave analysis is made of the mass enhancement in the region for the Reggeized Deck amplitude of Berger. It is found that the state is predominantly wave in agreement with the semilocal-duality interpretation of Chew and Pignotti, but the amplitude does not provide a local description of resonance production.
