Two-Particle Distributions and the Nature of the Pomeranchuk Singularity

Abstract
We propose the measurement of reactions of the type p1+p2q1+q2+ anything at high energy in the region in which the produced particles q1 and q2 can be regarded as "fragments" of the incident particles p1 and p2, respectively. Dependence of the cross section on the angle between transverse parts of the vectors q1 and q2 would indicate that the Pomeranchuk singularity contains Regge-cut contributions.
