PATHOLOGIC STUDIES FOLLOWING MAGNETIC CONTROL OF METALLIC IRON PARTICLES IN THE LYMPHATIC AND VASCULAR SYSTEM OF DOGS AS A CONTRAST AND ISOTOPIC AGENT

Abstract
A group of radiologists, physicists, and biomedical engineers designing and constructing a drone system theorized that a miniature catheter attached to a remotely-controlled drone can be inserted into any blood vessel the size of the drone. The conceptional idea of developing this system into the following medical applications was proposed biopsy device, release of chemicals in specific locations, suction of blood clots, chemical dissolution of blood clots, contrast media injection, measuring devices, and sampling devices.
