My former chief, the late Dr. Lloyd Ketron, had intended to report this case before the American Dermatological Association because of the unique clinical and histopathologic findings. Due to several serious illnesses, he procrastinated and failed to follow through with these plans before he died. I had the opportunity of jointly observing this patient and analyzing the microscopic findings.
