Abstract
Summary: Serial studies of urinary cyclic AMP in in-patients undergoing electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) have been carried out. No consistent pattern of change following ECT could be demonstrated. The results do not support earlier reports of large rises in urinary cAMP directly after administration of ECT.Keywords
