Abstract
We report here the observation of the two processes and at bombarding energies of 7.0 and 25 BeV. A process in which the nucleon is dissociated seems to be present at 7.0 BeV and is dominant at 25 BeV. Arguments are presented to show that the results are consistent with diffraction dissociation.
