Abstract
Lymphoblast transformation was studied in [human] patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis, in immune donors with scars of leishmanial lesions and in normal control subjects. Lymphocytes from immune donors and from some patients were stimulated by Leishmania tropica extracts. The test can be used as a measure of immunity and may in certain circumstances be helpful in differential diagnosis. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
