Abstract
The effect of aeration, different media, and altered temperature as incubation conditions for cultures of P. vulgaris strain OX-19 on the buffer-soluble, nondialyzable fraction of cell-free extracts was determined by electrophoretic analysis. The data show complex quantitative differences in response to changes in the environment. Keywords
