Abstract
Ferroelectric domains in a triglycine sulfate crystal have been directly observed and photographed using second‐harmonic light produced by a 1.06‐μ laser beam in a phase‐matching direction. A contrast inversion is observed when the crystal is slightly misaligned. Movements of domains during polarization switching under application of a dc electric field have been followed. Keywords
