Passive Transfer of Delayed Sensitivity to the Newborn Rabbit.

Abstract
Delayed sensitivity to streptokinase was developed in mature rabbits by infection with streptokinase producing Demateo strain Streptococcus. Aliquots of sensitive rabbit white blood cells were transferred to newborn rabbits 1 to 4 weeks old, and to mature rabbits. The ability of the newborn rabbits to accept the passively transferred delayed sensitivity was absent at 1 week and developed progressively to maturity by 4 weeks of age.
